St. David’s 2nd
Annual Fall Festival: Art Gone Wild!
Our 2nd Annual Fall Festival was held on
Saturday, September 29, 2007.
Check back this summer for information on Fall Festival 2008.
Crazy critters and colorful crafts invaded St.
David’s parking lot and school forest where hundreds of eager
children and parents participated in St. David’s 2nd
Annual Fall Festival – “Art Gone Wild!.” Even the rain decided to
make an appearance at this event celebrating all elements of
nature!
Despite the afternoon showers, crafty kids painted pumpkins,
assembled woodsy windchimes, and made colorful leaf prints with
staff from the Minnetonka Center for the Arts. Participants also
enjoyed an interactive environmental puppet show from Trisha and the
Toonies, a bat show, a giant rock climbing wall, close encounters
with animals from the MN Zoo and much more. Thank you to everyone
who came out to enjoy nature and have some educational fun.
A
special thank you to all our event sponsors and partners for making
this day possible.
