Healthy Families: An Infant-Parent Development
Program
St. David's Healthy Families program is designed for parents (13+) who are expecting their first child, or have a first child under the age
of three months, and are impacted by multiple risk factors including:

income

histories of domestic violence

sexual and/or physical abuse

mental health concerns
-
chemical abuse
-
developmental disabilities
-
other family stressors
Created by the Metro Alliance for
Healthy Families, this is a long-term home visiting program that offers families
a continuum of services including:
This is a voluntary program and families can stay enrolled for up to four years.
There is no cost to participate.
Funding
This program is funded
through the Metro Alliance for Healthy Families.
Enrollment
Referrals can be made to the Healthy Families program by psychologists, social
workers, health care professionals, early childhood special education staff,
preschool programs, concerned parents and caregivers. To refer a child or
family, contact Bethany at (952) 548-8621.
Participants must live in the West or North metro. For Healthy Families programs in other
