Finding a Toy for Your Child with Special Needs
St. David's Center partnered with Creative Kidstuff to train their staff and develop a website to help you find the right toy for your child with special needs, develop their skills and show you the best way to play. Check it out.

Adventure
Adventure is a community-based therapeutic recreation program for teens and young adults with special needs, ages 11 and up. The program provides a structured group environment in which participants can develop positive peer relationships, participate in group activities and have fun!
After-School
After-school programs are located in Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis, Richfield/Bloomington and St. Louis Park. Programming runs from the time school gets out until 6:00 p.m. each day.
Activities include: cooking, games, bowling, arts and crafts, sports, community outings and much more.
Release Days
Full-day programming is available during school release days (i.e. MEA, winter break, spring break) and occasional Saturdays. Programming runs from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. in the St. David's Center activity room at the St. Louis Park satellite office.

Summer
Summer programs are located in St. Louis Park, Brooklyn Park and Minneapolis. Programming runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The St. Louis Park and Brooklyn Park summer program dates are June 18 - August 24, 2012. The Minneapolis summer program dates are July 30 - August 24, 2012.
Activities include: museums, Valleyfair, sporting events, zoos, water parks, Mall Of America and much more.

Payment/Funding
The Adventure Program can be paid for through CADI or DD Waivers, Consumer Support Grant, PCA Hours, and/or private pay. Scholarships are available!
